A home is a major investment, and you want to be sure that purchase is a good investment, built by an experienced professional builder, and that quality materials were used. Although the finished product looks great, how can you be sure that the “structure” was built soundly?

Your can be assured that your home is being built by a qualified professional by selecting a Builder or Remodeler who is a Member in one of our programs. RWC Members are thoroughly examined every year for:

  • Financial stability,
  • Customer satisfaction and
  • Technical competence

Additionally, RWC Members must comply with specific construction standards in order to have their homes warranted.

RWC recognizes that one warranty may not meet the needs of all Builders. Therefore, we offer a “Menu of Choices” to Builders so that they may select the program that best fits their needs and those of their homebuyers. The RWC “Menu of Choices” includes the following programs*:

  • 10 Year Full Coverage Major Structural Defect (MSD) Warranty
  • 10 Year Full Coverage Designated Structural Element (DSE) Warranty
  • Customized State Warranty – term varies by state
  • 10 Year Structural Only DSE Warranty
  • 1 Year Renewable Warranty

  • Detached Garage Warranty
  • Commercial Warranty
  • 10 Year Full Coverage MSD Manufacturers Warranty
  • 10 Year Structural Only MSD Manufacturers Warranty
  • 10 Year Commercial Manufacturers Warranty
  • 5 Year Manufacturers Warranty on Additions
  • Platinum Advantage Extended Warranty on Appliances & Systems
*Not all programs are available in all states. Contact your Builder with questions regarding availability. There are limitations within the terms of each warranty. Refer to the actual document for specific details regarding coverage.
