Our comprehensive selection of warranties allows you to choose the best type of coverage for the homes you build. With every RWC warranty, you'll receive complimentary high-quality marketing materials, allowing you to effectively showcase the warranty's benefits. Additionally, we have an efficient resolution process in place to handle homeowner disputes and address any customer service issues promptly and effectively.

- The Remodeler’s liability is limited to the 1st year only.
- Coverage applies exclusively to the work performed by the Remodeler.
- Your choice of coverage term. Either 3 years of coverage for defects in workmanship & materials or 1 year of coverage for defects in workmanship & materials PLUS 5 years of coverage for defects to Designated Structural Elements.

- Programs including state mandated coverage are available for Indiana and Minnesota.
- Clearly written set of warranty standards to spell out coverage.
- Free marketing materials to showcase and explain the warranty.
- Free mediation, support, and assistance with customer service issues.
- If needed, formal binding arbitration is available.
