RWC offers a variety of specialized warranty programs for builders working on alternate builds like detached garages, commercial buildings, and conversion projects. These types of jobs can open the door to extra revenue. Adding a warranty that’s tailored to your specific project can also help you stand out when you’re bidding—giving you an extra edge over the competition. -5 Year DETACHED GARAGE Warranty includes five Years of Coverage on Designated Structural Elements. It includes specific and measurable standards to evaluate structural defects.
-5 Year COMMERCIAL Warranty includes 1 Year of Coverage on Workmanship & Materials, 2 Years of Coverage on Selected Portions of Mechanical Systems, and 5 Years of Coverage on Major Structural Components. Fees are based on square footage, type of construction and usage.
-The COVERSION Warranty is used for residential projects being converted from commercial buildings. You can choose from two options: 2 Years of Coverage on Workmanship & Materials OR 1 Year of Coverage on Workmanship & Materials & 5 Years of Coverage on Major Structural Components.

- Our 1 Year RENEWABLE Structural Warranty is an innovative approach to written warranties available under our trademark name Residential Structural Warranty (RSW). This coverage is perfect for when a traditional 10-year warranty isn’t a good fit for you or the project. It carries a warranty term of one year on designated structural elements. There is a nominal administrative fee of $25 for the first year of coverage with the option to pre-purchase future years of coverage. After that, additional years of coverage are offered directly to homeowners by RSW.
