Sales Lead Generator

Residential Warranty Company, LLC, a national home warranty provider, is seeking a permanent PART TIME SALES LEAD GENERATOR (three days a week, 8 hours per day) for its Key Estates Warranty program. (Hours of work will be discussed/agreed upon with Team Leader.) This is an in-office position located in Harrisburg, PA. Enthusiastic people only need apply. An engaging personality, a great speaking voice, an ability to quickly learn the features and benefits of our warranty product and a persistent attitude will serve you well.

As a Lead Generator, you’re the first step in the prospecting process for Key Estates Warranty (an affiliate of Residential Warranty Company, LLC). Offered exclusively through a network of Real Estate Professionals, the Key Estates Warranty program provides extended warranty protection on a variety of appliances, systems and even structural components in existing homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and find (primarily with Internet-based protocols) potential clients for the Keys Estates Warranty program.
  • Contact by telephone primarily to engage and foster interest in our program.
  • Your primary tool is the telephone, though you also might find new business through email and social media campaigns. (Up to 70% of your time shall be on the telephone.)
  • Send out informational brochures and emails.
  • Forward leads to sales team for follow-up and closing with potential clients.

Qualifications:

  • Top-notch communication skills, especially verbally. You need to be a good, smooth, calm, enthusiastic talker. Organizing your thoughts to present a clear and convincing presentation for the customers to pursue our warranty product is paramount.
  • Willingness to take and make a variety of phone calls daily.
  • Effective writing and typing skills to turn in data, statistics, work on new phone scripts and electronic messages.
  • Proficient computer skills – Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Pipe Drive.
  • Outgoing and organized, with good administrative skills.
