  • Additional documentation required for review is listed below. • A copy of any written notice to your Builder • Photograph(s) may be required • A copy of each and every report you have obtained from any inspector or engineer. These documents may be sent by certified mail, return receipt requested to 5300 Derry Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17111, Attn: Warranty Resolution Department. In some cases, you may be permitted to email the documents to warranty.resolution@rwcwarranty.com. In all cases, please refer to the warranty book that was provided for your specific property for the procedures applicable to you.
