Extended Warranty For NEw homes

Coverage For Appliances & Mechanical Systems

In Newly Constructed Homes

Extended warranty coverage is an excellent and affordable approach to add an extra level of protection to the homes you build. Even brand-new appliances can sometimes be unreliable, and our aim is to ensure both you and your buyers feel more at ease and have heightened confidence in their new home.

The Key Estates Warranty adds an attractive edge and value to your homes, making them stand out in a competitive market. This not only draws potential buyers but also builds your reputation for going the extra mile to keep homeowners happy.

You'll find we do a few things differently with Key Estates. Coverage is flexible, and homeowners can use the repair provider of their choice to perform service work if needed. Buyers want a worry-free living experience, especially in a brand-new home, so if a covered item fails, Key Estates will be there to ease the financial burden of repair or replacement. And if offered in conjunction with an RWC structural warranty, homeowners will receive the most comprehensive warranty package on the market. For more info or questions, contact us at 866.394.5135.

Increase Sales: Peace of Mind protection translates into more signed contracts.
We Got You Back: Our extended warranty is written and insured. Backed by an experienced Insurer boosting an excellent rating and a surplus equity of over $130 million, we gotcha covered.
Reduce Stress: No fielding customer service questions. Buyers call Key Estates, not you, post settlement, should a problem arise.
Assured Homeowners: The homeowner has the freedom to choose their own trusted & qualified service provider to perform repair work. We do not 'send someone out' from a list of authorized technicians. Homeowners appreciate this because it gives them greater confidence in who's knocking on their door.

What Makes Us Different?

Homeowners Choose Their Own Repair Provider

Most extended warranty companies require homeowners to use their authorized service technicians and submit claim forms. Not at Key Estates! We believe the homeowner should be in control and pick a repair provider on their own. Plus, there are no claim forms to fill out. This approach allows greater confidence in who will show up at their door.
