Please make sure to send the following information to our office at the address listed below. If noted, applicable forms may be found on our Forms Library page. We recommend that you print this page for your reference.
- Membership Agreement. (Form may be found in “Forms Library”.)
- Grandfather Form for any homes to be warranted over $1 million in sales volume. (Editable form may be found in “Forms Library”.)
- Non-refundable Application Fee of $295. (Make payable to RWC or call to pay by credit card.)
- Incentive Program Agreement. (Contact your Account Executive for applicability. Form may be found in “Forms Library”.)
- If homes to be enrolled are over $1 million in sales price, they must be inspected. Include the $250 inspection fee with your application. (Make payable to the Warranty Company in which you are applying for membership or call to pay by credit card.)
- Current Corporate Tax Return or Company Balance Sheet. Sole Proprietors – please send a current personal financial statement. (For your security, please use our Secure File Upload Portal or mail to the applicable Warranty Company – do not e-mail.)
- Copy of Insurance Certificate from CGL Carrier. (Mail/E-Mail to the applicable Warranty Company.)
- If building in New Jersey, copy of NJ DCA Certificate with Expiration Date. (Mail/E-Mail to RWC.)
