Manufacturers of modular, panelized and log homes as well as commercial units and residential additions may use one of RWC’s written and insured new home warranty programs. All manufacturers warranty programs are written specifically for the systems built industry.

- Manufacturer’s liability is limited to 1 Year.
- Coverage applies exclusively to the work provided by the Manufacturer.
- Work supplied by the Builder on site, including foundations, is excluded. (A separate program is available to Builders at a discounted rate to protect the work they supply.)
