1981 saw the birth of a company with a vision – a company whose goal is to provide a level of security to homeowners and Builders alike, never before attained in this country. Residential Warranty Company, LLC (RWC) has devoted three decades to providing insured, written structural warranties to approximately three million homeowners across the country.

Strength

By maintaining a competitive price structure, a solid hold on expenses and monitoring membership qualifications as a means to manage claims, RWC has been able to survive the turbulent ups and downs of both the '80's and the current economic strife.

Warranties issued by RWC are insured by Western Pacific Mutual Insurance Company, A Risk Retention Group (WPMIC). WPMIC is rated "A- (Excellent)" by A.M. Best.

Integrity

Throughout its existence, maintaining the integrity of RWC’s membership has been critical. To that end, RWC prides itself on dealing with Builders who are professional, technically competent and financially sound.

Diversification

Being able to provide a variety of services to our customers is the result of much hard work and due diligence along the way.
