A message from RWC on our response to the COVID-19 crisis
Like much of America, we at Residential Warranty Company, LLC, HOME of Texas and MHWC have adjusted how we do business to limit the impact of the COVID-19 crisis on our operations. With help from our member builders and the cooperation of homeowners from every corner of the country, we have continued to provide excellent customer service that sets our warranty company apart from all the others.
Although delays in processing enrollments or requests for warranty performance still may occur from time to time because of circumstances beyond our control, rest assured that we will do all we can to limit both the occurrence and the duration of such delays.
Our member builders should continue to use our online Warranty Express system to electronically receive all documents needed for closings. Homeowners with claim issues should follow the procedures outlined in their warranty book and call 800-247-1812 with any questions.
This crisis will pass, and there will be better days ahead. Remember, in the meantime, that we are here for you and that we are all in this together.
