RWC Welcomes New Builder Account Representative, Patrick Basom

We welcomed a new team member to Sales this July, Patrick (Pat) Basom. Pat joins us as a Builder Account Representative, tasked with not only bringing new members into the RWC fold, but also providing customer service to our current members in selected states. He will be your “go to” source for anything related to your RWC membership, warranties and affiliated programs. Pat will be reaching out to you in the near future to touch base and familiarize himself with your company.

Secondly, long time Builder Account Representative Agnes Brennan, has been promoted! Agnes will be transitioning into a Retention Liaison position within our Sales Department. So she’s not leaving us, but simply refocusing her energies on helping you with your annual membership renewal. Agnes has done a great job for RWC and her skill set will be put to good use in assisting our members with any membership issues. Feel free to keep in touch with Agnes. The only change is to her extension number.
