Residential Warranty Company, LLC and MHWC Plan a Busy Calendar with Spring Trade Shows in Full Force
Residential Warranty Company, LLC (RWC) and it’s sister company, MHWC, will be exhibiting at a variety of upcoming builder trade shows this spring to explain the numerous advantages and benefits of membership in one of its builder warranty programs for prospective new home builders, remodelers, manufacturers and commercial contractors.
First up is the Maryland Building Industry Association’s Builder Mart 2015, held at the Maryland State Fairgrounds in Timonium on March 25, 2015. Builder Mart is a one day trade show for the Home Building and Remodeling Industry. This is the 45th Builder Mart and it is shaping up to be a good one. Over 3,000 home building industry attendees are expected to visit over 300 exhibit booths to explore the latest in building products and technologies. Rich McPhee, RWC’s Account Executive for Maryland, Delaware and Virginia will be on hand to discuss opportunities with RWC and answer questions on why RWC is the industry’s best choice for builder home warranties. New Jersey’s Atlantic Builders Convention (ABC) is next on the docket for 2 full days of exhibits and builder education running March 25th & 26th, 2015 at the convention center in Atlantic City. Hosted by the New Jersey Builders Association, ABC is the largest regional builder tradeshow in the Northeast. With state of the art products, innovative services and educational programs, ABC inspires attendees with countless ideas to aid in the success of their business. Over 6,500 decision makers from building firms in NJ, NY, PA, DE, CT, MD and VA will be in attendance. Jana Watts, the Senior Account Executive for RWC will be meeting up with our valued builder warranty members and talking to new prospective members about improving marketing strategies and risk management protocols. Jana has been with RWC for 28 years and arguably is one of the most experienced and knowledgeable experts in the new home builder warranty industry. Come say hello to Jana at booth # 715.
Rounding out the busy month of March is MHWC’s attendance at the Tunica Manufactured Housing Show, March 25th through 27th, 2015 in Tunica, Mississippi. MHWC is affiliated with Residential Warranty Company, LLC and offers both builder/dealer HUD-Code warranties as well as manufacturer HUD-code warranties. The Tunica show features 80 HUD-Code homes on display and draws over 1,000 retailers, builder/developers, community owners and installers. Tifanee McCall is MHWC’s resident expert on HUD-code builder warranties and she will be ready, willing and able to field questions from interested HUD-Code manufactured home builders and manufacturers at the Roadhouse Casino in Tunica. Tifanee will be in booth # 3 and will be happy to assist you with all your new home warranty needs.
