Newly Revamped Sample Warranty Books Available from RWC for Pre-Order!

In conjunction with Residential Warranty Company, LLC’s (RWC) upcoming online validation system, all the home warranty books used for closings, as well as samples, have been updated. Pre-orders are now available by calling 800-247-1812, Ext 2105 or emailing info@rwcwarranty.com. The anticipated launch date for the online validation system is October 20th, 2014 and RWC wants all its members to be prepared.

RWC and its Texas Affiliate, HOME of Texas, encourage all members to provide each and every home buyer with a “sample” warranty book. Sample books are available to members at no charge and may be requested online through Warranty Express, by phone or by email. If members already have a supply of sample books in their offices, both home warranty companies will supply a sticker to affix to the front cover with the appropriate language for the homebuyer(s). All sample warranty books are FREE to members and can be reordered whenever needed.

In additional to RWC’s dynamic full-color warranty books, members are also able to order many other point-of-sale marketing materials for FREE by virtue of their membership in the RWC (or HOME of Texas) program. Other FREE materials include: consumer brochures, brochure holders, important document folders, logos for print and web use, lot signs and display easels for model homes or sales offices.
