Since 1999 Tifanee McCall has been the Account Executive for MHWC, RWC's affiliate, which provides 10 Year New Home Warranties for HUD-Code homes. Since becoming a member of the Account Executive team, Tifanee has distinguished herself repeatedly by earning top Sales Honors including Outstanding Sales Executive of the Year for 2001 and again in 2002.

As the National Accounts Manager for MHWC, Tifanee specializes in working with HUD-Code Builder/Dealers and HUD-Code Manufacturers. As the Manufacturers Account Administrator for RWC, she deals with Modular, Panelized and Log Home Manufacturers in several states. Tifanee is an active member of many industry associations, serving on committees and attending meeting & conventions. She participates in many of the Industry trade shows held throughout the country, such as Louisville, Kansas City, Tunica, and North Carolina as well as the MHI Congress. Prior to her employment with MHWC she accumulated varied experience within the housing industry, selling both manufactured housing and new site constructed homes. Tifanee has received PHC certification and is a member of the following state associations as a representative for MHWC: Pennsylvania, (serving on the PR and Marketing Committees) Delaware, North Carolina, Maryland, New York, and Indiana. With the Systems Built Housing Industry, Tifanee is a member through RWC in the Modular Building Systems Association, the Building Systems Council and the National Home Builders Association. She certainly racks up the frequent flyer miles as she participates in each of those associations' trade shows as well.

When not waiting for a connecting flight to "somewhere", Tifanee enjoys reading, golf, travel (good thing) and relaxing on the beach. She has been married for 25+ years to her husband John and they reside in York, PA. She has one grown daughter and 2 grandsons whom she is rapidly learning to spoil.
