The Land of 10,000 Lakes is the setting for Tammy "Tam" Johnson to spread the word about RWC's "Menu of Choices" for Builders. Perhaps RWC doesn't have 10,000 options, but it certainly has more than any other warranty company. Therefore, Tammy has made it her goal to build the RWC Member base in Minnesota with as many highly qualified Builders as she can locate.
Tammy uses her previous 12 plus years of experience in the sales industry with ConAgra and WW Grainger to build and maintain excellent working relationships with her Builder Members. Those who have dealt with Tammy know first hand that she is a dedicated trainer and mentor with a passion for working with people and being of service to others. Going beyond the expected to maintain a continuous service presence and be available to troubleshoot/resolve challenging account issues has been Tammy's trademark of her professional performance. Her target is the development of long-term customer commitment and loyalty because of this game plan.
When not talking to Builders or attending meetings at the builders association, Tammy spends time with her husband Bryan, their two sons, Tanner, age 9 and Connor, age 5 and Gizmo, their pet retriever. Keeping tabs on two active young boys means lots of swimming, biking, movies and roasting marshmallows in their backyard in Savage, MN.
