Over the years, RWC has learned that promoting from within is an excellent way to build a strong employee base. Individuals who learn about RWC from a variety of departmental perspectives ultimately are among the strongest and most capable employees. Sales has benefited from this philosophy several times, most recently with the promotion of Sandy Switzer to the position of Builder Account Representative.

Sandy has been with RWC since 2001. She has worn many hats over the years including Warranty Resolution Customer Service, Warranty Coordinator, New Jersey Warranty Advisor, and MHWC Administrative Assistant. She has accumulated valuable knowledge on warranty issues, arbitrations, mediations, and settlements, all of which has benefited the Sales Department on many levels.

In 2006, Sandy was given the opportunity to move into an in-house sales position as a Builder Account Representative. You can depend on Sandy to confidently answer your questions and provide guidance for any of our warranty programs. She is committed to assisting our members and future members in finding out which warranty program from our “Menu” would best help them in their building business. Sandy’s goal is to continue to use her skills to help RWC remain a strong, competitive, uncompromising leader in the industry.

In her spare time Sandy is an Independent Business Owner. She also enjoys spending time with her children, Shayne and Summer, and husband Derek, listening to music and watching movies.
