PBW offers 10 year warranties exclusively to Florida Builders. Addressing marketing concerns specific to the Sunshine State, PBW tailors the 10 year warranty to meet those unique needs. PBW covers structural defects for all ten years.
PBW Mold Remediation Reimbursement Warranty
PBW offers a Mold Remediation Reimbursement Warranty for builders concerned about addressing the potential cost of mold cleanup needed in newly constructed homes. Highlights of this exclusive new PBW warranty are:
Choice of one, two or three year limited warranty terms.
Reimbursement warranty for remediation performed by the builder.
Coverage of $500 per room substantially affected by mold requiring remediation.
Warranty limit is $10,000 aggregate per home per year.
Requires that the builder remediate mold discovered in any enrolled home.
Builder must provide substantiation that both the mold and the source of moisture intrusion were eliminated.
This is a warranty for remediation of mold only. Structural failures or consequential damages including personal injury are excluded.
This Limited warranty is between PBW and the builder and is designed to reimburse the builder for work done on homes enrolled in the Mold Remediation Reimbursement Limited Warranty.
