Over the years, RWC and affiliates have learned that promoting from within is an excellent way to build a strong employee base. Individuals who learn about our various warranty programs from different departmental perspectives ultimately are among the strongest and most capable employees. Sales has benefited from this philosophy several times, most recently with the promotion of Lori Fetterhoff to the position of Account Executive for Pennsylvania and Western New York.
Lori started with RWC in 1999 as a member of the Warranty Resolution Department and most recently served as a Warranty Advisor, assisting builders and homeowners in the resolution of various warranty issues. Additionally, Lori is a licensed real estate agent and brings experience to her new position from this perspective as well.
As a member in the builder associations, Lori will be working to support both her warranty members and the building industry. RWC’s hallmark has always been that customer service is our priority. Lori’s philosophy falls right in line with that same ideal. “My goal is to provide my builders with the knowledge and understanding of the value the RWC Warranty Program brings to their business as a marketing tool and for peace of mind for their clients. I will be available to my clients for training and educational seminars and I am committed to providing them with prompt service and responses to any concerns that may arise.”
Lori, her husband, Steve and children, Lauren and Devin, reside in the Harrisburg area. When not spreading RWC’s message across the Keystone and Empire States, Lori enjoys scrapbooking, reading, gardening and traveling. Look for her to be crossing your office threshold in the very near future!
