Jody began her employment with RWC in 1991 as an Enrollments Coordinator. In 1992 she transferred to the Sales Department and has been a steadfast fixture of support ever since. Throughout the years, Jody has held various responsibilities, from mailings to database management to information distribution. Currently, Jody oversees the administrative duties for RWC, HOME, PBW, RSW and USHP, LLC. In addition, she is of invaluable assistance to the Vice President of Sales with a wide range of varied duties.

Jody also has the task of coordinating the annual RWC company picnic held at Hershey Park as well as all national Sales meetings. The picnic provides the employees with the opportunity to spend the day together in a social setting, bringing families and friends together. The national Sales meeting is instrumental in keeping the Account Executives up to date with current industry events and new product developments. Countless hours go into the preparation of such an event to bring together a sales force that stretches coast to coast. Jody is committed to supporting the members of the Sales Department so that as a team, RWC can provide the best customer service to our Builders. In appreciation of all her hard work and talent, Jody has been awarded the Employee of the Month award no less than 7 times.

Jody is married and has one daughter, Ashley. Jody and her husband, also Jody, have enjoyed taking Ashley on vacations to fun places such as Disney World. Anyone visiting our offices would soon learn that her biggest outside passion is the music of Paul Stanley as performed with Kiss and she has been known to travel great distances to attend a concert or even an entire Kiss convention!
