Jana Watts is the Account Executive for New Jersey and Eastern New York. In an industry sometimes plagued by turnover, RWC is proud to have Account Executives with substantial tenure. That tenure translates into a wealth of experience which truly benefits the Builders in that area. Jana ranks as RWC's Senior Account Executive as she started with the company back in 1987. Her longevity is a clear example of both her commitment to the building industry and her belief in the value of the RWC programs.
For several years, Jana was able to telemarket the territories assigned to her, with New Jersey becoming her primary market in 1990. Eastern New York was added as a natural adjunct to that territory in 2002. Jana has made her mark in these states with her unique ability to establish rapport with her Builders and associates. Over the course of her many years with RWC, Jana has been recognized numerous times for her achievements in exceeding sales goals.
Demonstrating her commitment to the industry and keeping abreast of industry developments, Jana is a member of the following associations: Community Builders Association (Associate Committee) and the Hudson Valley Builders Association.
Jana resides in High Bridge, NJ with her vivacious daughter, Taylor. Together they enjoy snow skiing and cheerleading with Jana as the head coach for the Hunterdon Huskies Midget Cheerleading Squad. Jana enjoys gardening, puzzles, and reading.
