Builder Customer Service Program
- On-line program provides a history of service calls, inspections, repairs performed, etc.
- Program also provides industry-accepted warranty standards to determine warranty performance.
- Punch list/warranty inspections performed prior to or any time following closing. (Inspections not available in every state. Call for availability.)
- INT staff can issue work orders to your subcontractors.
- INT staff can follow up on work orders assigned.
- 24/7 emergency answering service for after hours calls.

- A 21 point inspection/checklist service which includes securing and winterizing vacant homes.
