The Manufactured Housing Industry is a booming market. In addition to its growth, this segment of the Building Industry has undergone a metamorphosis regarding image and reputation. HUD-code Builders are as interested in demonstrating their professionalism, their building competency and the stability of their companies as any "stick" Builder. Consequently, the demand for an effective written warranty is high as well. In order to provide our growing HUD-code membership with the best service possible, David Kinney has been hired to market the MHWC program in a variety of states.

From sales to management to finance and operations, David comes to MHWC with a wealth of knowledge and experience accumulated over 14 years in the HUD-cod industry. David started out as a sales associate, rising to be general manager of a successful sales center. From there, he headed to finance with one of the larger “players” in the mortgage industry. He has also head positions from business development manager to operations manager to general manager at large manufacturing facilities.

David is committed to the manufactured housing industry and its growth. He is aware of the many changes in the industry and strives to stay abreast of rules and regulations which govern it. David’s goal is to provide exemplary service to the manufacturers, builder/dealers and industry vendors he meets along his way.

Based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, David enjoys any free time he has with his wife, Sherry and daughter, Keri-Beth. Look for David at upcoming industry meetings and trade shows!
