Builders have two options for coverage on buildings that have been converted into residential units.
Option 1: 2 years of coverage for defects in workmanship & materials
Option 2: 5 years of coverage for major structural defects and 1 year of coverage for defects in workmanship & materials
The Builder's liability is limited to one year of responsibility under either option. Projects will be evaluated by RWC's technical staff to determine eligibility.
