Commercial Builders may provide insured, written 5 year warranties on various types of projects. Coverage includes:

• 1 year on workmanship and materials
• 2 years on selected portions of mechanical systems
• 5 years on major structural components
• Warranty fee is based on square footage, type of construction and usage
