Over the years, RWC has learned that promoting from within is an excellent way to build a strong employee base. Individuals who learn about RWC from a variety of departmental perspectives ultimately are among the strongest and most capable employees. Sales has benefited from this philosophy several times, most recently with the promotion of Agnes Brennan to the position of Builder Account Representative. Agnes has been with RWC since 1995, working in a variety of capacities in the Re-Registrations Department before her move to Sales.

Agy has done everything from screening supplier references, to processing the membership files to dealing with the Incentive, Deductible, large volume builders and National Accounts. Before she made the transition, Agy was responsible for reviewing the financial stability and claims history portions of the re-registration evaluation.

A retired Marine wife, Agy has lived in a variety of states including Hawaii, the highlight of their military tour. She enjoys traveling, reading and relaxing on sunny beaches. Agy has a son, Tommy and a daughter, Wendy. The sunshine in her life is "Devin from Heaven", her grandson, whom she considers her true blessing. Agy also collects teddy bears and is quite adept at decorating both work and home with clever seasonal themes to show off her "den".
