This coming February, Residential Warranty Company, LLC celebrates its 30th Anniversary and announces another milestone to boot: 3 Million Homes have been warranted by Residential Warranty Company, LLC and its Affiliates (HOME of Texas, MHWC and Preferred Builders Warranty) since 1981.

RWC’s goal is to provide a level of security to homeowners and Builders alike and has devoted three decades to that purpose across the country.
