HOME of Texas (HOME) is the Lone Star State’s leader in warranty innovation. Texas offers unique challenges to the building industry and HOME addresses these risks with realistic and effective warranty coverage. Various options exist based on a Builder or Remodeler’s needs. Options include 10-year major structural warranties, 10 year enhanced coverage warranties, and remodeler warranties.
10 Year New Home Warranties provided by HOME of Texas are third-party insured warranties, providing a specific set of written standards to spell out coverage. Ten-year warranties are an effective way to deal with a variety of issues including customer service, marketing, and mandated new home legislation.

MHWC was formed in 1989 by its sister organization, Residential Warranty Company, LLC, to provide written & insured manufactured home warranties to HUD-Code Manufacturers and Builder/Dealers across the country. Due to advancements in technology and to the increasing demand for affordable homes, the manufactured housing industry has experienced continued growth. More and more buyers are choosing manufactured homes. MHWC steps up to the plate and offers a variety of both standard coverage warranties as well as structural only plans so Members have access to warranty products that fit their business model.
MHWC provides an additional reason for homeowners to purchase manufactured homes. The MHWC 10 year warranty provides written insured coverage in lieu of the implied warranty recognized by most states. The benefits of MHWC continue long after the sale. As long as the home remains on the original site, warranty coverage is automatically transferred to subsequent owners — an extra plus for your sales team.
Offering written, insured, ten-year warranties designed specifically for the manufactured housing industry, MHWC warranties clearly identify the covered items, limitations and exclusions. Key Estates Warranty is another RWC affiliate which was created to offer economically-priced warranty products for appliances and mechanical systems.
Key Estates Warranty is offered through Real Estate Professionals and is a certified extended warranty for appliances and mechanical systems for resale homes. Unique to Key Estates Warranty is the opportunity to include economically-priced coverage on major structural components of an existing home in addition to the traditional appliances and systems coverage. More components are covered as “standard” than most of our competitors’ products. The third component in Key Estates Warranty is a Structural Home Inspection done by a professionally licensed engineer. Together, these 3 components make Key Estates Warranty excellent coverage for any prospective homebuyer.
USHP, LLC is another RWC affiliate which was created to offer a line of economically-priced warranty products for appliances and mechanical systems on new homes (Platinum Advantage) and resale homes (Key Estates as shown above)
Platinum Advantage is offered through Builders and is an extended warranty for appliances and mechanical systems for new site built homes and for new/pre-existing HUD-code homes. Coverage is flexible and homeowners can use the repair provider of their choice to perform service work if needed. If offered in conjunction with an RWC structural warranty, homeowners will receive the most comprehensive warranty package on the market.
RWC Insurance Advantage (RIA) is an insurance program designed exclusively for our builder members. Through RIA, RWC Members (and Members in affiliated programs) have access to various lines of commercial insurance including General Liability, Workman’s Comp, Builder’s Risk and Contractor’s Equipment, just to name a few. Because the RIA program is offered exclusively to our Builder members, we are able to avoid the high risks associated with other commercial operations. Thus, we keep the cost of claims low and pass the savings on to our builders.
